Auto doctor let me know how much it may cost to repair the air conditioning in a wheelchair minivan. Explained the common issue with these type of minivan conversions. Also said he could do the work, however it’s just an estimate and could end up costing more. Appreciated the honesty and time he took to fit me in.

Everyone there was very professional, they explained things to me in a way that I could easily understand (simple, but not dumbing things down), prices were affordable (compared to where I live), and they definitely went out of their way to help me!I had an issue on my trip to Kelowna. I phoned them when I arrived and they were willing to wait for me to show up, even though it was shortly before they closed. They diagnosed my vehicle on the spot. I was only going to be in town overnight, so they squeezed me in first thing in the morning!10/10... I would recommend to others!

Came here the other day on a referral from a mechanic at different shop. These specialists of in HVAC system in vehicle. Air conditioning and heating. Also do tune ups. They are experts in the field and are super friendly and helpful. Try hard to keep prices low and source out parts for reasonable rates. Also do custom work on site to deliver quality products. If you have HVAC issues or needing a great mechanic. Stop in and make a appointment. Worth the trip.

Perry and James at Autodoctor are awesome, but in more ways than most people notice. First, I appreciate honesty. I have brought two beaters in many times, and they always give me options for used parts, opinions on if it even should be fixed, etc. They do good work and they are up front about everything. Second, I notice and appreciate things like their clean bathroom, swept floor, and tools well cared for and organized. Messy shops usually indicate messy, sloppy work. Autodoctor does it right, and I will continue to bring my wrecks in to annoy them for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend them.

Perry and his staff at Autodoctor went above and beyond to help my daughter get her car back in safe running order. My daughter’s Honda Civic had lost most of its power and was not safe to drive in traffic. Perry and his staff knew that my daughter was a student and didn’t have a lot of money so they tried the least expensive fix first. That didn’t work but it did let them know what the true problem was. They had the car up and running within a few days…putting in a new catalytic converter. They made a point of checking out the rest of the car before hand to let her know if her car was worth the cost involved. She now has her car back running safely, with lots of power again. Throughout the whole process Perry and his staff made a point of keeping us informed of each step. I would highly recommend The Autodoctor to all my friends and family.
